Registration and Tuition

Our Registration fee is $35.00 and $20.00 per additional sibling and is non-refundable.  it is good for each School Year.  (Summer, Fun Night and Camp does not require registration) 
EARLY BIRD Registration is Spring before recital for a discount.

Tuition can be paid in full or broken into installments.
Installments: Tuition is broken into monthly installments. These installments are pre-paid and due on the 5th of the month, with the first payment paid with registration.
Cash or check are preferred methods of payment before the 5th of the month.  You will only receive a statement only if your account is past due. Any account that becomes 30 days past due will be notified by email or phone. For any account that becomes 60 days past due, the past due balance will be charged to the credit card provided upon enrollment. We encourage you to set up an automatic monthly draft with a credit or debit card. Credit cards do have a  surcharge added.

Pay in Full: Annual tuition pre-paid with cash or check by August 10th will receive a 10% discount on tuition.

A $10.00 late fee is posted on past-due accounts on the 15th of the month. A $30.00 returned check fee is posted on accounts for returned checks.

We offer a 10% discount to all active duty military families and first responders with ID for monthly tuition payments and merchandise. We cannot combine multiple discounts.

Question 2

Recital Costumes due Nov 1st

Payment for recital costumes and uniforms are due on or before November 1st.

Recital costume fees are:
Girls’ Dance Costumes: $90.00
Boys’ Dance Costumes: $48.00 (Can Fluctuate per Instructor Request)
Girls’ Gymnastics Leo: $40.00 
Boys’ Gymnastics Attire: $25.00

Once ALL costumes arrive, they are handed out in March during Parent Watch Week.

Question 3

Dress Code

We believe in the importance of a dress code policy to maintain a professional, respectful, and focused environment for our students and instructors. Adhering to the dress code helps instructors provide accurate corrections on posture and alignment, ensuring optimal learning and improvement as well as the safety of our students. Here are the overall guidelines for our dress code:

Attire
MODESTY POLICY - No exposed midriffs
Female students should wear neat and tidy dance or gymnastics leotard. Males should wear t-shirt/shorts or sweatpants.  Please review each class description for specific guidance on dress code attire.
Loose-fitting pants, blue jeans, t-shirts, or tops that expose the midriff are not considered appropriate dance attire and are not permitted.
Hair
Hair must be properly secured and tied up off of the face and neck.
This ensures clear visibility and minimizes distractions during classes.
Jewelry and Accessories
Jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, should not be worn during classes.
Other
Gum chewing is strictly prohibited to maintain a professional appearance and prevent any potential safety hazards.

We carry a full line of dance shoes and gymnastics/dance leotards.  Our dance starter kits contain all the required items for classes while saving you $15-$20.

Question 4

Absences and Makeup Days

Attendance is important to your student’s development and can have a negative effect on the entire class! We ask that you provide us advance notice by phone 803-607-9990 for an absence or tardiness so that we can prepare for class.

Classes missed for sickness, personal vacation, etc., will not be pro-rated but may be made up through an age-appropriate makeup class within 15 days of the absence. It is the responsibility of the parent to notify the front desk at least 24 hours prior to a makeup class. Advance notice is required to allow our staff to find the correct make-up class for your student.

Inclement Weather

Since the schools do not always agree on Weather Closings, we will make the best decision for our studio.  We will follow closing decisions determined by guidance from weather and gov't officials.  We post on FB, Instagram and email on day in question by noon for our studio classes.  Off campus classes are determined and communicated through the different schools.  
You may ask the front desk for a makeup class if you choose.

Question 6

Observation (Parent Watch Week)

Observing will be allowed during the first full week of classes in November and March.  Recital packets/costumes are sent home at PWW in March.  These are the only dates for class observance unless prearranged by the Director.  We have a TV in our lobby for you to watch weekly.

Question 7

Performances & Recitals

Spring Recital Performances will be in May
The annual performance fee is due March 1st and is $48.00 per student and $28.00 for each additional student. This fee is important to cover the cost of rental facilities, awards, gifts, advertising, printing costs, and security to keep our students safe during each performance. 
Each student receives a participation award and 3 complimentary tickets to one of our May recitals. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10.00 beginning May 1st at front desk and online. 
2026 Acro, Cheer & Gymnastics will be held May 19th at First Baptist Church Gym.
2026 Dance Recital will be held May 22/23 at Patriot Hall.

Question 8

Medals & Trophies

Accepted Answer

Each student will receive one participation spring recital award and certificate. This is included with your Performance Fee.  Please contact the front desk March 1st if it is your 5th, 10th, or 15th year of dance or gymnastics, as a special trophy will be awarded for these accomplishments. We honor the previous years attended at other studios.

Question 9

Spring Pictures

A Week of March 2027  and we encourage all students to take group photos to be a part of our Recital Yearbook.
All Recital pictures are held in the Spring with Mr. Brent. Envelopes for INDIVIDUAL pictures are sent home one week before picture day, with packages starting at $30.00.
Photos will return to be handed out within 2 weeks. 
Pictures to view available at Mrbrent.net approx. 1 week after they are taken.
Questions/makeup pictures will be handled by Mr. Brent at Limelite Photography
